This Program will challenge even the fittest athlete out there but can be scaled to all fitness levels. Even if you’ve never worked out or have a certain condition we can make it work for you. This is our base strength and conditioning program that uses all realms of fitness into one structured program. Variance is key for us and to always challenge the body and mind.

We will do Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements, bodyweight movements, powerlifts, cardio, light weights, heavy weights, short and fast workouts, long workouts, WE DO IT ALL IN CrossFit! the greatest part about it is the community aspect of each class, everyone pushes each other and finishes together.

PREP COURSE FOR CROSSFIT SEF

*A 2 day prep course is required prior to beginning regular classes to introduce you to new movements. The movements we perform here are unique and take some time and practice to learn how to execute properly.

We have 2 options to choose from, being affiliated with USA Boxing if you are looking to fight or just want to train like a fighter, we have a place for you. We also offer Fitness Boxing Classes which are tailored more to a workout style of boxing. This high energy and intense workout will incorporate 6 Different Punches on the Heavy Aqua Bags, Bodyweight to Moderate Loads using Kettlebells, Dumbbells and Med Balls, oh and can’t forget GREAT MUSIC! Expect to sweat!
