This Program will challenge even the fittest athlete out there but can be scaled to all fitness levels. Even if you’ve never worked out or have a certain condition we can make it work for you. Structure and Variance is key for us and to always challenge the body and mind.

We will do Bodybuilding, calisthenics, powerlifts, conditioning, light weights, heavy weights, short and fast workouts, long workouts, WE DO IT ALL IN Savage Method!

Look at it like a high intensity version of bodybuilding and then some, best method to train within an hour hands down! Nobody wants to be in the gym all day long. The greatest part about it is the community aspect of each class, everyone pushes each other and finishes together.

RAY GONZALEZ

THE BOSS

I was born and raised in Oakland California, then moved to Manteca at the age of 13.  Ever since I was young, I played sports, soccer, baseball, football and basketball.  When that was no longer an option, I needed to fill the void, and I found the love for fitness.  I began my Journey at a global gym as a trainer at the age of 18 then moved on to training out of my garage where I would spend most of my early years on finding and crafting what is now Savage!  I’ve always had the passion for bringing out the best in people.  I want to share the confidence, mental toughness and results you can achieve by training the way we do here.  As the owner and trainer, I will always go above and beyond to help all my members achieve a better quality of life.

I was first introduced to CrossFit/Strength & Conditioning in high school by my P.E. Coaches who both co-owned their own gyms.  I instantly fell in love with fitness.

I had managed to change the composition of my body and improve my health which needed some fixing at the time.  More importantly, pushing myself in the gym sparked something inside of me.  It connected with me on a personal level, and soon, it became my favorite thing to do.  It became my escape.  It became my passion.

My P.E. Coaches and CrossFit helped me a lot during high school and got me through some of the toughest times of my youth. They helped me out more than they will ever know.  Because of this, I knew from early on that I wanted to do the same for someone else. I’d like to help out at least one person in this world and change their lives just as my coaches changed mine.

MARISOL BRONSON

TRAINER

Crossfit and anything fitness related are my passion. These include trail running, obstacle course races, hiking, exploring, climbing mountains, and lifting.  I have participated in many Spartan races, Tough Mudders, Half Marathon trail runs and other military races that have given me the knowledge and the experience to train for any type of obstacle thrown at me. Coaching at Savage Elite Fitness has given me the opportunity to share this passion with my community.  I like to create a training environment that not only motivates but empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.  My focus is to continue lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by showing them knowledge, skills, support, guidance to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.

VERONICA TORRES

TRAINER

I got into fitness when I was introduced to boxing.  Within a few years later, I wanted to push myself more, and I tried CrossFit.  I am in love with the momentum of the workouts!  Working out allows me to push myself above and beyond my physical and mental limits because fitness isn’t just about how you look but also how you feel.  I’ve always been competitive in everything I do, and I saw how much I was motivating those around me.  This made me want to become a trainer.  I enjoy helping people get their mind right while having fun doing it.  I like being that little voice that motivates them to keep pushing.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 9 years now, starting back in 2011 at Sierra High School. Since then, fitness has been a passion of mine and seeing my clients improve both in and out of the gym is so exciting! I believe that the pursuit of self improvement is vital to a happy life, and I’d love to help you reach your fitness goals!

JOHNNY MEDINA

TRAINER

I’ve been training for a little over 10 years and coaching for close to 7 years now.  I started in the backyard with my Dad using rusty metal plates and anything we could get off of Craigslist.  I love God, and I love learning more about how far the human body can actually push itself to get stronger and faster.  Over my years of training, I have competed in multiple CrossFit events, including Regionals where the best in California compete against each other. I am now competing in weightlifting and trying to become a better coach.  I want to show people their greater side and that all things are possible if we have faith.
