SAVAGE METHOD

This Program will challenge even the fittest athlete out there but can be scaled to all fitness levels. Even if you’ve never worked out or have a certain condition we can make it work for you. Structure and Variance is key for us and to always challenge the body and mind.

We will do Bodybuilding, calisthenics, powerlifts, conditioning, light weights, heavy weights, short and fast workouts, long workouts, WE DO IT ALL IN Savage Method!

Look at it like a high intensity version of bodybuilding and then some, best method to train within an hour hands down! Nobody wants to be in the gym all day long. The greatest part about it is the community aspect of each class, everyone pushes each other and finishes together.

If you want to get strong and lean, then this program is for you!

This class will incorporate body weight training, light to heavy weights, resistance bands and more, which will bring your lower body to a new level.

This class is specifically designed to lift and shape your greatest assets!

THE OWNER

I was born and raised in Oakland California, then moved to Manteca at the age of 13. When I was younger I loved playing sports, soccer, baseball, football and basketball. When that was no longer an option, I had to fill the void, so I found the love for fitness. I began my Journey at a globo gym as a personal trainer at the age of 18 then moved on to training from my garage where I would spend most of my early years creating and crafting what is now Savage! I’ve always had the passion for bringing out the best in people. I want to share the confidence, mental toughness and results you can achieve by training the way we do here. As the owner and trainer, I will always go above and beyond to help all my members achieve a better quality of life.
